EasyWeave is a marketplace for buying wholesale hair extensions from suppliers around the world. As a marketplace, we provide sellers with a platform to sell their hair.



EasyWeave is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. We encourage you to communicate directly with suppliers through the tools available on the site. Suppliers can provide you more information about your order, such as processing and shipping times, as well as tracking numbers.



If you ever have a question about an item or an order you've placed, you can contact the seller directly using our onsite messaging system, Conversations.



To send a conversation to a seller from their shop page, click Ask a Question under the Shop Owner section to the left of the page. You can also find the Ask a Question link on any item listing page.

After clicking Ask a Question, a popup will appear where you can add your message.



 





To view your conversations, sign in to your account and click the envelope icon in the site header at the top of any page.

When you receive a new message, you'll see a number in a purple circle over the envelope icon.






You will also receive an email notification whenever you get a new message. Conversation notifications are sent by EasyWeave to the email address on file in your account.



If you've already placed an order with a seller you can send them a conversation directly from your Feedback and Purchases page. To do this, click Your Account > Purchases & Feedback and find your order. Click Contact the Shop.



You can also contact the seller from your receipt page. Click Your Account > Purchases & Reviews and the View Details button. Then click Contact the Shop.
