In general, each seller on EasyWeave sets their own policies regarding returns and refunds. These policies should be displayed in each sellers’ Shop Policies page in their shop. 



However, in the event that there is a problem with an order, the first step is to always contact the seller directly.



We encourage both buyers and sellers to work together to find a resolution.
